• No cancellation fee will be charged for bookings/enquiries cancelled within 24 hours of making a booking.

• 50% of the fee will be charged for cancellations of bookings thereafter.

• 100% of the fee will be charged for cancellations within 5 days of arrival.

Check-out:    10am

• Late arrivals: guests arriving after 7pm must make prior arrangements with Eingedi Retreat.

• Extended Stays: If you would like to extend your stay and the chalet is available, you can pay R55pp/day extra and arrive from 8am, and/or depart at 4pm on the day of departure. Campers pay R45pp/day extra.
  No arrivals before 8am, and no departures after 4pm when booking an extended stay.

• On arrival, check-in at the reception, sign an indemnity form with ID number, car registration and banking details for the breakage refund. You will be given an overview of the retreat and be shown to your chalet.

• On departure, the chalet keys need to be handed in to a staff member at reception, and any outstanding amounts settled.
